Semics welcomes reports from both internal and external parties on the following matters.
All reported issues will be handled fairly in accordance with regulations, and the company protects the whistleblower.
1. Corruption in various transactions and contracts
5. Cases of sexual harassment, violence, bullying, or violations of company rules and regulations
2. Demands for or instances of offering bribes
6. Matters related to financial misconduct
3. Leakage of company secrets or customer information
7. Other actions violating the Code of Ethics
4. Grievances of suppliers and unfair trade practices
We promise to maintain confidentiality of the information received and protect the whistleblower's identity.
Should any member of our company breach the duty to protect the whistleblower's identity, they will be punished according to our personnel management regulations. We inform you that your report will be processed securely and express our deep gratitude for your active concern.

If a report is knowingly false or primarily intended to harass or defame the subject of the report, external investigative actions, including legal action, may be taken.
Reporting and Whistleblower Protection
- 1. Reporting and Whistleblower Protection : The consultant's identity and the consultation's content are protected by law and company regulations.
- 2. Identity Protection : Any disadvantage resulting from reporting, testimony, or other reports is prohibited.
- 3. Rewards : Rewards may be given to consultants/reporters if their consultation/reporting is confirmed to have contributed to the company's interests.
